Architecture Review Committee (ARC) Request Form

Per the covenants, please submit the required information below before beginning a construction project.  Thank you.

IMPORTANT NOTE:   It is FTHOA policy that the submitter is responsible to obtain positive, written verification that the request was received by the ARC chairman.  If you do not get a reply from him/her within 24 hours, please contact any ARC or Board Member who will facilitate getting you verification.  If you do not have a positive reply, it is assumed that nothing was submitted.

If the ARC deems additional information required, the 30 day review period does not begin until all requested information is submitted.    The ARC will respond as quickly as possible.

County Permit Required

Information on Building Permit Requirements may be found at the Division for Building Services at Warren County website:

Required Information (submit by Email when ARC contacts you): 

  1. Property drawing or survey with detailed measurements of location of proposed changes/additions

  2. Photos of samples of structure requested (if available)

  3. Detailed plans or drawings with adequate architectural detail

  4. Landscaping details (if applicable)

 

** Architectural Review Committee reserves the right to request additional information and/or onsite visit as needed.
